To add a new IMSMA userUser:

:The User List window displays

:The User Editor window displays.<li>Enter a unique identifier for the user User in the '''User ID''' field.</li> <li>Enter the name of the user User in the '''User Name''' field.</li> <li>Select one of the following status options for the userUser:</li>*''Active'' – this user User account can be used to access IMSMA*''Inactive'' – this user User account cannot be used to access IMSMA<li>Enter the user User password in the '''Password''' field.</li>

<li> Re-enter the user User password in the '''Confirm Password''' field. </li><li> Perform the following actions to assign roles to or remove roles from the userUser: </li>

| Assign selected roleRole(s) to a userUser. || Select the roleRole(s) that you would like to assign to the user User from the Available Roles list.</li>

| Assign all roles Roles to a userUser. || Click the [[File:AssignPermissions.png|20px]] button.

| Remove selected roleRole(s) from a userUser. || Select the roleRole(s) that you would like to remove from the user User from the Assigned Roles list.

| Remove all roles Toles from a userUser. || Click the [[File:RemovesPermissions.png|20px]] button.
