Select ''AvailibilityAvailability'' in the tree structure and verify that you have ''Expires'' set for ArcGIS Engine and Spatial Analyst.
If Expires is not set then right-click on IMSMA Control Center icon in the taskbar and select IMSMA Client Configuration Tool.
