All customisations need to be re-applied, i.e. all the customised files need to replace the default ones. The list of customised files can be found [[MINT_Customised_Files|here]].
VIE usually applies the customisation files one by one and restarts the Tomcat service after each change, so that a file causing a problem can be identified right away.
