{{Rewrite| Outdated}} If you create a Data Entry Form template that contains item attributes for multiple item records, you will want to ensure that the item attributes are associated to the correct item record. To determine the item record would like to verify which database field an item attribute on the template is associatedlinked to:

<li>From the Data Entry Form Template Designer window, select the Logical Tree tab from in the elements Elements pane.</li><li>Select the item attribute(s) from in the design pane.</li>:The item attribute(s) are highlighted in blue in the Logical Tree tab.
