If you are going to:

uninstall IMSMA^NG
change e.g. JAVA_HOME variable during the installation process
change language you would like to run IMSMA^NG with

then you need to Close the client, (stop IMSMA^NG server) and Exit the Control Center. Template:HowTo Start and Stop
