Ordnance data is entered in a table format in the Data Entry Form.

Data Entry Form Editor Window – Ordnance Table

To enter ordnance data:

  1. Click the FieldTemplateIcon.png button.
Note.jpg If there are more than 500 ordnance, a warning message displays to let you filter the number of ordnance returned.
  1. In the Ordnance Selection window, click the row associated with the ordnance that you would like to select.
  2. Click OK to close the window.
  3. You should now see your selection as a new row in the ordnance table. If you are reporting mre than one of the same ordnance, enter that number in the Quantity column.
Note.jpg Each time you add an ordnance, a separate row is created, even if you are adding more of the same type. In other words, if you add an unknown anti-tank mine to a table already containing a row listing unknown anti-tank mines, you will create a second row for the new listing. This helps IMSMA record updates made to the data.

To remove an explosive ordnance, select the row(s) and click the EcksButton.png button.
