You can change existing Data Entry Form templates. To change an existing Data Entry Form template:

  1. Expand the Template Folder.
  2. Drag the Data Entry Form template that you would like to change to the design pane.
  3. A message displays asking if you would like to position the elements in the report template at the cursor location.
  4. To retain the formatting associated with the Data Entry Form template, click the No button. To overwrite the formatting associated with the Data Entry Form template, click Yes.
  5. Change the Data Entry Form template as needed.
