The Select button allows you to select one or more features in the Map Pane. The rows of the selected features in the items data tab are highlighted in blue. To Select symbols in the Map Pane:
- Click the button.
- Click in the Map Pane and while holding down the mouse button, drag the mouse to form a rectangle around the symbol(s) you would like to select. Then release the mouse button.
- To inactive the feature selection map control, select another feature in Map Pane toolbar.
The symbol(s) are selected if a blue circle displays in their centre and the associated rows in the items pane are highlighted in blue.
