View and/or Change Role Permissions

To view and/or change the permissions assigned to a Role:

1. From the Accounts menu, select Roles.

The Role List window displays.

2. Click the name of the Role that you would like to view or change.
3. Click the button.

The Role Editor window displays the selected Role.

4. Change the information as needed.
5. Do one of the following

To save the Role, click the Save button.

If the Role is changed successfully, the Role displays in the Role List window.

The following error message indicates that you have not assigned any permissions to the Role: Please assign at least one permission to the Role. Click the OK button and assign at least one permission to the Role.

To discard any changes to the Role and close the Role Editor window, click the Cancel button.
