View the Data Entry Form Template

To view the Data Entry Form template:

1. From the Customisation menu, select Data Entry Forms.
2. From the Data Entry Forms menu, select Manage Published Templates.

The Published Templates List window displays.

3. Click the row associated with the Data Entry Form template that you would like to view.
4. Click the File:Glasses.png button.

The Print Preview window displays the Data Entry Form template.
