View the Data Entry Form Template

The Preview window and the resulting pdf file are not of good resolution. One option is to create pdf from the Data Entry Form Template Designer instead.

To view the Data Entry Form template:

1. From the Customisation menu, select Data Entry Form Templates.
2. From the Data Entry Form Templates menu, select Published Templates Manager.
3. The Published Templates List window displays.
4. Click the row associated with the Data Entry Form template that you would like to view.
5. Click the button.
6. The Print Preview window displays the Data Entry Form template.
