MINT mobile app
In order to view and interact with reports on a mobile device, download and install the TIBCO JasperMobile app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
The elements that can be viewed and interacted with using the App are:
Ad Hoc Views cannot be viewed on the mobile App. Therefore, the App is meant for consuming data products, but not for creating any (this would be difficult on a tablet or mobile phone screen).
Configure and interact with the App
iOS
On the Login screen, click inside the Server field for adding/configuring a new server. Enter the following information:
- Profile name: any name for the connection
- Server address: https://mint.gichd.org/mint
- Organization ID: exact name of your MINT organisation
Click Save to save the server configuration.
To log in, select the Server previously configured, and enter the username and password.
It is possible to interaction with reports/dashboards via the mobile App if filters/input controls are defined within the reports/dashboards. To do so, click on the icon as displayed below:
The filters/input controls are then displayed and the user can choose filter values:
Android
In order to make the app interact with MINT, click on Add Account for configuring the connection details. Enter the following information:
- Account Name: any name for the connection
- Server URL: https://mint.gichd.org/mint
- Organization: exact name of your MINT organisation
- Username: username of your account
- Password: your password
Click Add Account to save the configuration.
It is then possible to browse the MINT Repository or access reports and dashboards via the Library.
As on iOS devices, it is possible to interact with reports and dashboards. To get to the filters, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen, and then choose Show Filters.
