Note.jpg If you decide to deactivate the default imsma user, be sure to create another user with access to the Role Admin and User Admin permissions before deactivating the imsma user.

To deactivate a user:

  1. From the User List window, click the row for the user whose account you would like to deactivate.
  2. Click the File:Pencil.png button.
  3. The User Editor window displays the information for the selected user.
  4. Select the Inactive status option.
  5. Do one of the following actions:
    • To save the change to the user and close the User Editor window, click the Save button.
If the user information is successfully saved, the User Editor window closes and the User List window displays.
Note.jpg If you need to reactivate a user, you can do so by repeating these steps and selecting the Active option.
    • To discard the changes to the user and close the User Editor window, click the Cancel button.
