Changes

The [[Victim Summary Window#Cause subobject| cause]] and [[Victim Summary Window#Needs subobject | needs assessment]] of individuals are entered in the [[Victim Summary Window | Victim]]. In the future, similar subobjects for cause and needs assessment of a community may be added to the [[Location Summary Window | Location]] item.
