Similar to the zoom-in button (page 24), the zoom-in and recentre button, [[Image:ScaleUpIcon.png]], displays a smaller map area at a larger scale. Unlike the zoom-in button, the button also recentres on the point that you select on the map.
To recentre and zoom in on the map:

<li>Click the [[Image:ScaleUpIcon.png]] button to enable the map control.</li>
<li>Select the area on the map that you would like to zoom in on and recentre the map:</li>

<li>While holding down the mouse button, drag the mouse to form a rectangle around the map area you would like to select.</li>
<li>Release the mouse button.</li>
:The selected map area is displayed at a larger scale in the centre of the map pane.
