To create a Data Entry Form template:
- From the Customisation menu, select Data Entry Forms.
- From the Data Entry Forms menu, select Design Templates.
- The Data Entry Form Template Designer window displays.
- Refer to the following sections for the steps to add form elements to and remove form elements from your Data Entry Form template:
Default Templates
IMSMA includes the following default Data Entry Form templates:
- Accident and Victim
- Land
- Activity
- Location
- Education
- QM
The default Data Entry Form templates are listed in the Default Templates folder which is located within the Template Folder.
