You can also translate option values via a translation file. |
To translate an option value:
- From the Customisation menu, select Data Inventory Manager.
- The Data Inventory Manager window displays.
- From the left pane of the Data Inventory Manager window, select the item and data category to which you would like to add a custom option.
- From the right pane, click the row associated with the item attribute to which you would like add a custom option value.
- Click the button.
- The Custom Options List window displays.
- From the Custom Options List window, click the Translate button.
- The Translated Terms List window displays the custom option values.
- Select the language for which you would like to provide the translation from the Language list.
- Click the Apply button.
- The list displays the terms for the selected language.
- Click the row associated with the option that you would like to translate.
- Click the button.
- The Translated Terms Editor window displays.
- Enter the translated term in the Translation field.
- Click the Save button.
