If you create a Data Entry Form template that contains item attributes for multiple item records, you will want to ensure that the item attributes are associated to the correct item record.
 
To determine the item record to which an item attribute is associated:

If you would like to verify which database field a form element on the template is linked to:

  1. From the Data Entry Form Template Designer window, select the Logical Tree tab in the Elements pane.
  2. Select the form element(s) in the design pane.
  3. The database field(s) are highlighted with blue in the Logical Tree tab.
