To remove a Data Entry Form from the Workbench:

  1. Select one or more Data Entry Forms and click the EcksButton.png button.
    2. WB delete confirm.png
    Verify Data Entry Form Deletion window
  2. The Verify Data Entry Form Deletion window displays.
  3. To remove the Data Entry Form(s), click the Yes button.
