You can limit the Data Entry Forms included in the impact scoring to those that are within a specified date range. To set the date ranges, select the Settings tab from the Impact Scoring Template window.
Impact Scoring Template
Old/Recent Victim Threshold Date
The Old/Recent Victim Threshold Date is only required when you select the “Victim – Old By Date” or the “Victim – Recent By Date” factors. If you select the “Victim – Old By Date” factor, the impact scoring counts the victims that have a Date of Report or approved date that are prior to the selected date. If the “Victim – Recent By Date” factor is selected, only the victims that have a Data Entry Form Date of Report or approved date after the selected date will be included in the impact scoring.
