Adding a Data Entry Form from within the Location Summary window automatically assigns the location to the Data Entry Form.

Adding a Data Entry Form from within the Land Summary, Activity Summary, Accident Summary, Victim Summary, Education Summary, Assistance Summary, or QM Summary windows automatically assigns the location of the item to the new Data Entry Form.

After the Data Entry Form is approved, you must close and reopen the summary window for the Data Entry Form count to increase, and for the Data Entry Form to display in the Data Entry Forms window.
