A scenario is a combination of factors and their weights in the impact scoring template. A scenario allows you to assign different weights to the factors so that you can analyse and compare the scenarios to one another. You can define an unlimited number of scenarios with different factors and weights to test and compare the resulting impact scores.

To add a scenario:

  1. From the Impact Scoring Template window, click the FieldTemplateIcon.png button.
  2. A new column is added to the Scenarios tab of the Impact Scoring window.
  3. If you would like to rename the scenario:
    1. Click any row in the New Scenario column.
    2. Click the FieldViewIcon.png button.
    3. The Input window displays.
  4. Enter the name of the scenario.
  5. Click the OK button.
