To add map criteria to a search:
<ol>
<li>Click the [[Image:FieldTemplateIcon.png| Add]] button to add an attribute to an existing search definition.</li>
<li>From the attribute list, select '''Geospatial Information'''.</li>
<li>From the operator list, select:</li>
* '''Outside''' to search outside a selected map area.
<li>Click the [[Image:GeoSearchIcon.png| GeoSearch]] button.</li>
<li>Navigate to the area on the map pane where you wish to search.</li>
<li>Click the [[Image:CatPaneIcon.png| Lasso]] button.</li>
<li>Drag the pointer around an area of the map.</li>
:After a short period, the selected area displays in a selection box.
<li>Click the [[Image:SaveAndCloseMapIcon.png| Save and Close Map]] button.</li>
:The coordinates of the selected area display in the value field of the Search(Add) window.
