<li>When the Data Entry Form Reconciliation window displays, select the Reconcile as New option. Click the '''OK''' button.</li>
<li>From the Assign <Item> to Location window, select one of the following options.</li>
*''Reported Location'' – allows you to assign the selected item record to any location that you created for this Data Entry Form. This includes locations on the Data Entry Form form and locations created via the New Locations Manager window.
*''Other Location'' – allows you to assign the selected item record to an existing location.
<li>Do one of the following.</li>
*If you selected the Reported Location option, select the location from the Reported Location list.
*If you selected the Other Location option:
<li>Click the [[Image:YellowManIcon.png|Location]] button.</li>
:The Pick Location window displays.
<li>Filter the item list to display the desired location. Click the row for the location that you would like to assign to the item record.</li>
<li>Click the '''Assign''' button.</li>
:The location name displays in the Assign <Item> to Location Data Entry Form Editor window.<li>From under Action/Object under the Assign <Item> to Location window, click the '''OK''' buttonReconciliation tab.</li>
<li>Click the '''Save''' button on the Data Entry Form Editor window.</li>
:<p>The Information window displays confirming the Data Entry Form was saved.</p>
