To view and/or change the permissions assigned to a role:

  1. From the Accounts menu, select Roles.
The Role List window displays.
  1. Click the name of the role that you would like to view or change.
  2. Click the File:Pencil.png button.
The Role Editor window displays the selected role.
  1. Change the information as needed.
  2. Do one of the following
  • To save the role, click the Save button.
If the role is changed successfully, the role displays in the Role List window.
The followiing error File:Error Message.png message indicates that you have not assinged any permissions to the role:
Please assign at least one permission to this role.

Click the OK button and assign at least one permission to the role.

  • To discard any changes to the role and close the Role Editor window, click the Cancel button.
