Data Entry Form Editor Window – Cause / Event Table

To enter Cause data:

  1. Click Add to open the Cause Classification window.
Select Cause Classification 2.png
  1. Select one or more Cause that you want to add, then click Submit.
Note.jpg If you click Add to add another of the same Cause to the table, a separate row is created.
Note.jpg To remove a Cause from your Data Entry Form, select the row and click EcksButton.png.
