View a Data Entry Form from the Summary Window

Viewing a Data Entry Form

To view data entry forms associated with an item:

  1. Click the Data Entry Form button.
    2. The Data Entry Forms window lists the data entry forms associated with the item.
  2. Select the row associated with the data entry forms that you would like to view.
  3. Click the Open Selected Data Entry Form button.
    4. The Data Entry Form View window displays a read-only view of the data entry form.
