View the Data Entry Form Template

To view the field report template:

1. From the Customisation menu, select Field Reports.
2. From the Field Reports menu, select Manage Published Templates.

The Published Templates List window displays.

3. Click the row associated with the field report template that you would like to view.
4. Click the File:Glasses.png button.

The Print Preview window displays the field report template.
