Reject Data Entry Forms

To be able to reject a Data Entry Form, your IMSMANG user account must belong to a User Role that has permission to do so. Contact your IMSMANG Administrator if you have questions on permissions.

During the Final review i.e. the review by a Data Verifier' it is decided if the contents of the Data Entry Form is good enough for Approval, if not the Data Entry Form is Rejected. The Data Entry Form may still be found in the Workbench. The report can still be modified or deleted. Until a Data Entry Form is approved, it exists only in the Workbench and does not update any Summaries.

Data Entry Form Editor Window

1. Click Reject.
   
   
   

   Confirmation

2. The Reject confirmation window displays.

3. The status of the Data Entry Form is changed to Rejected.
4. The Data Entry Form Editor Window closes.
