Importing Templates

File:Bulb2.png Always import templates published in IMSMANG.
  1. Click Templates on the System Configuration tab.
  2. Click Import.
  3. Click Browse.
  4. Select a template, and then click Open.
  5. Click Import.
  6. The field report template displays in the list.


Deleting Templates

File:Bulb2.png Keep the templates of any field reports that you need to open in IMSMA Remote Entry.
  1. Click Templates on the System Configuration tab.
  2. Select the templates, and then click Delete.
  3. Click Delete on the confirmation window.
  4. The field report templates no longer display in the list.


Importing Auxiliary Data

File:Bulb2.png Always import data exported from IMSMANG.
  1. Click Auxiliary Data on the System Configuration tab.
  2. Locate the auxiliary data type, and then click Import.
  3. Click Browse.
  4. Select a file, and then click Open.
  5. Click Import.
  6. In the table, the total for the imported data type increases by the number of new records.


Deleting Auxiliary Data

File:Error Message.png When you delete auxiliary data used in a field report, the data will not display in the field report.
  1. Click Auxiliary Data on the System Configuration tab.
  2. Locate the auxiliary data type, and then click Delete.
  3. The total for the deleted auxiliary data type becomes 0.

Configuring Other Settings

  1. Click Other on the System Configuration tab.
  2. Configure the default settings as shown in Table 1.
  3. Click Apply when finished.
