Existing translations in the language that is being imported will be deleted |
To import the Data Inventory categories, enumeration values, Custom Defined Fields' labels, etc. from a file:
- From the File menu, select the Import menu option.
- From the Import menu, select the Translations menu option.
- The Import Translated Terms window displays.
- Click the Browse button.
- The Open window displays.
- From the Open window:
- Navigate to the directory where the file is located.
- Click the Open button.
- Click the Import button.
- The Verify Translation File Upload window displays.
- Click the Yes button.
The file name needs to contain the language code, and end with .properties e.g. ITerms_es.properties. |
