Exporting a field report from the Workbench allows you to export unapproved field reports to an .MaXML file. The .MaXML file can then be imported into the handheld device for completion. To export field reports from the Workbench:
- From the Data Entry menu, select Field Reports.
- From the Field Reports menu, select View Workbench.
- The Workbench window displays.
- Click the row associated with the field report you would like to export.
- Click the button.
- The Workbench Field Report Export window displays.
- In the Exported by field, enter an identifier to indicate who exported the field report.
- Specify the directory to which you would like to export the file:
- Click the Browse button.
- The Select window displays.
- Navigate to the directory where you would like to save the file.
- Enter a name for the file in the File Name field.
- Click the Select button.
- A copy of the file is saved to the specified directory on your computer.
- Click the Export button.
