To add a country structure:

  1. In the Data Entry menuCountry Structure.

  2. Select the node of the parent to the Country structure that you would like to add.
  3. Click the Add button.

  4. Enter the name in the primary language of the Mine Action Programme in the Name field.
  5. Note.jpg The label associated with the field will depend on the level of the Country structure that you are adding e.g. Province or Commune

  6. Enter the official Country structure ID e.g. the Pcode.

    2. From the Country Structure Editor window, click the Capture.png button.
    3. Follow the instructions in the Map Extent window.
    4. When the extent of the Map pane is the desired, click the Capture button.
    5. The Country Structure Editor window’s Preferred Map Extent field changes to Captured.
    Note.jpg If a map extent has been specified for the Country structure then the map will be centered based on the map extent. If there is no map extent set then the geopoint number 1 is used
  13. Click the Save button.
