Exporting a Data Entry Form from the Workbench allows you to export non-approved Data Entry Forms to a xml file.
  1. Select one or more Data Entry Forms and click the FieldReportExportIcon.png button.

  2. The Export Options window displays.
  3. If appropiate, change number of records per file.
  4. If you do not want to include the attachments, check Exclude Data Entry Form Attachments data on maXML export.
  5. Click OK.

  6. Specify the directory to which you would like to export the file and the name of the file.
  7. Click the Save button.
  8. The Export finished window displays.
  9. Click the OK button.

Note.jpg In the Advanced Search you may use more criteria to select which Data Entry Forms you would like to export than in the Workbench.
