Tasks may be found / opened in three different ways.

Via the Tasks Window

To access the Task window, select the Data Entry menu, and then select Tasks.

If the Tasks has Country structure reference then it will be displayed in the Items pane when the Country Structure node is selected.

Via an Item's Summary Window

Filtering the Tasks Displayed

By default, all Tasks are listed in the table when the Tasks window is opened. You can limit the Tasks displayed in the table by selecting specific filter attributes.

To filter the Tasks displayed in the Tasks window:

  1. From the Data Entry menu, select Tasks.
  2. The Tasks window displays.
  3. Select the attribute on which you would like to apply the filter from the Filter drop-down list.
  4. Click the Apply button.
  5. Tasks passing the filter are listed in the table.
