The audit log search functionality is similar to the Item search but for Data Entry Forms. It is also possible to search/filter on Data Entry Forms in the Advanced Search.

The Audit log provides an overview of work done in IMSMANG. But the Action in the Audit log is not the same as Data Entry Form status or the Reconciliation action (e.g. Combine). Action in the Audit log can be described as which button the user clicked on when working with the Data Entry Forms.

The filter Action has the following values:

  • Save
  • Submit
  • Approve
  • Reject
  • Unapprove
  • Delete (a row in the Workbench).

To search the Data Entry Form audit log:

  1. From the Search menu, select Data Entry Form Audit. The Data Entry Form Audit window displays.
  2. Use the filter at the top of the window to search activities related to Data Entry Forms.
