Exporting a Data Entry Form from the Workbench allows you to export unapproved Data Entry Forms to an .MaXML file. To export Data Entry Forms from the Workbench:
- From the Data Entry menu, select Data Entry Forms.
- From the Data Entry Forms menu, select Workbench.
- The Workbench window displays.
- Double-click the row associated with the Data Entry Form you would like to export.
- Click the button.
- The Data Entry Form Export window displays.
- In the Exported by field, enter an identifier to indicate who exported the Data Entry Form.
- Specify the directory to which you would like to export the file:
- Click the Browse button.
- The Select window displays.
- Navigate to the directory where you would like to save the file.
- Enter a name for the file in the File Name field.
- Click the Select button.
- A copy of the file is saved to the specified directory on your computer.
- Click the Export button.
The Data Entry Form Editor opens.
