Exporting a Data Entry Form from the Workbench allows you to export unapproved Data Entry Forms to an .MaXML file. To export Data Entry Forms from the Workbench:

  1. From the Data Entry menu, select Data Entry Forms.
  2. From the Data Entry Forms menu, select Workbench.
  3. The Workbench window displays.
  4. Double-click the row associated with the Data Entry Form you would like to export.
  5. The Data Entry Form Editor opens.

  6. Click the ExportUnappIcon.png button.
  7. The Data Entry Form Export window displays.
  8. In the Exported by field, enter an identifier to indicate who exported the Data Entry Form.
  9. Specify the directory to which you would like to export the file:
    1. Click the Browse button.
    2. The Select window displays.
    3. Navigate to the directory where you would like to save the file.
    4. Enter a name for the file in the File Name field.
    5. Click the Select button.
    6. A copy of the file is saved to the specified directory on your computer.
  10. Click the Export button.
