The menu toolbar displays at the top of the IMSMA Navigation window (Figure 10). The IMSMA menu options available to you will depend on your permissions. Menu options to which you do not have access will be dimmed.
The following tables describe the IMSMA menu options.

File - Import - Map
Allows you to install a new IMSMA map. For more information, see page 250.
Data Entry Forms
Allows you to import Data Entry Forms from a file.
Translations
Allows you to import translations from a file.
Export - Map
Allows you to export IMSMA maps so that other sites can install them. For more information, see page 251.
Data Entry Forms
Allows you to export Data Entry Forms that meet specified criteria to a file.
Auxiliary data
Allows you to export country structure, explosive ordnance, organisation, and place data to a file.
Translations
Allows you to export custom option values to a file.
Print - Map Only
Prints the currently displayed map.
Translations
Allows you to import translations from a file.
Data and Map
Prints the currently displayed data and map.
About IMSMA
Displays the IMSMA version number.
Exit
Closes IMSMA.

Displays the map with the furthest location defined in IMSMA.
Go to Coordinates
Displays the Recentre on Coordinates window that allows you to specify the latitude and longitude on which you would like to centre the map. For more information, see the How to recentre the map to coordinates section on page 24.
Coordinate System
Allows you to add, change, and remove coordinate reference systems used by IMSMA.
Theme Manager
Controls the IMSMA and map themes displayed on the map.
