Import the Translations

To import the Data Inventory categories, enumeration values, Custom Defined Fields' labels, etc. from a file:

  1. From the File menu, select the Import menu option.
  2. From the Import menu, select the Translations menu option.
    3. The Import Translated Terms window displays.
  3. Click the Browse button.
    4. The Open window displays.
    The file name will be what you entered in the Name field of the Export Translated Terms window, plus the language code, and end with .properties. For example, if you entered "exportfile" in the Name field, and selected English(en) from the Language list, the exported file name will be exportfile_en.properties.
  4. From the Open window:
    1. Navigate to the directory where the file is located.
    2. Click the Open button.
  5. Click the Import button.
    6. The Verify Translation File Upload window displays.
  6. Click the Yes button.
