This field had the possible values

• Yes
• No
• Unknown
• Not Specified

Due to that this field is very often conflicting with the values specified in Accident Ordnance table it was decided to remove it from the database.

The upgrade script sets the Type of Accident to

• Unknown if the value of Unknown device was Yes or Unknown
• Not Specified if the value of Unknown device was Not Specified
