How to revert to ArcEngine 9.3.1

Uninstall IMSMAng V6 to Re-install IMSMAng 5.08.04

Scenario: Having installed V6.0 running ArcEngine or ArcGIS 10.1 and needs to revert to 5.08.04

Step 1 Uninstall V6.0 using the IMSMA^NG un-installer from the Start\Programs or from the Control panel

Step 2 Manually stop PGSQL service

Step 3 Manually delete IMSMA^NG folder

Step 4 Go to Regedit and rename the key RealVersion for 10.1 to e.g. RealVersionNew

Step 5 Run IMSMA^NG 5.08.04 installer

Step 6 Manually start C:\IMSMAng\trayLauncher\exe\ARCInstaller93\Windows\setup.exe

Step 7 When the installation is done, open up IMSMA TrayLauncher; run imsma client configuration tool, install license, save and exit.

Step 8 Go to Regedit and rename the key RealVersion for 9.3.1770 to e.g. RealVersionOld

Step 9 If you would like to use ArcGIS 10.1 then you need to rename the RealVersion key for 10.1 back to the original name
