Delete Data Entry Form from Workbench

To remove a Data Entry Form from the Workbench:

1. From the Data Entry menu, select Data Entry Forms.
2. From the Data Entry Forms menu, select Workbench.

The Workbench window displays.

3. Click the row associated with the Data Entry Form you would like to remove.
4. Click the button.

The Verify Data Entry Form Deletion window displays.

5. To remove the Data Entry Form, click the Yes button; otherwise, click the No button.
