To remove a Data Entry Form from the Workbench:
- From the Data Entry menu, select Data Entry Forms.
- From the Data Entry Forms menu, select Workbench.
- The Workbench window displays.
- Click the row associated with the Data Entry Form you would like to remove.
- Click the
button. - The Verify Data Entry Form Deletion window displays.
- To remove the Data Entry Form, click the Yes button; otherwise, click the No button.
