Another sign that there is something wrong with the template is when select windows e.g. Organisation is not closing after you have selected an Organisation.
The above errors are occurring because widget(s) in the template are not complete e.g. Organisation widget(s) are missing the field Organisation ID. Read more on other widget differences between {{IMSMANG}} and IMSMA Remote Entry '''[[Widgets in NG and IRE | here]].
