If you cannot:
- attach attachment(s) OR
- enter Geographical data OR
- enter Date(s)
then there is something else that is wrong in template.
Another sign that there is something wrong with the template is when widgets e.g. Organisation is not closing after select you have selected an Organisation.
The above errors are occurring because widget(s) in the template are not complete e.g. Organisation widget(s) are missing the field Organisation ID.
