Attachment, Geo widget and If you cannot:# attach attachment(s) OR# enter Geographical data OR# enter Date widget(s)if not working then there is something else that is wrong in template.
Widget Other sign that there is something wrong with the template is when widgets e.g. Organisation is not closing after selectyou have selected an Organisation. The above errors are occurring because widget(s) in the template are not complete e.g. Organisation when Org widget(s) are missing the field Organisation ID is missing.
