Therefore it is compatible important to limit the number of users who have permission to change Auxiliary Data. As with other national datasetsall objects in {{IMSMANG}}, it is possible to add Custom Defined Fields ([[Custom Defined Fields | CDFs]]) to the Auxiliary Data. If a programme has special areas or districts that are not consistent with Defining the defined country structure levels, of the Country Structure includes defining the programme can insert artificial or unofficial areas to keep number of levels and the country structure consistent across names of the entire countrylevels. For Country Structure the maximum number of levels are seven.

IMSMANG provides several ways to add country structure areas. To display a country structure area like a town or village on the map, it is necessary to add a geographic coordinate for the area. Typically, a single coordinate is sufficient for displaying an area on the map.
As with all data elements in IMSMANGTo display a Country Structure node like a town or village on the map, it is necessary to add a geographic coordinate for the country structure supports the incorporation of CDFs to augment predefined data fieldsnode. These fields can be used to collect and track If information such as population, numbers of families and other socioeconomic and infrastructure information that is helpful in planning mine action Mine Action activities, this information may be collected and tracked either as CDFs to either Country Structure or Location.

Implementing these classifications requires two steps: # defining the levels of the classifications# defining the nodes of the classifications ===OrganisationsDefine the Classifications Levels===IMSMANG provides the ability to track information about organisations participating in mine action. Additionally, {{IMSMANG supports the creation }} contains a set of parentpre-child relationships with organisations so that information managers can create hierarchies defined levels of organisationsclassifications. For example, These should be seen as a mine clearance organisation may be responsible starting point for several clearance teams within a country. As shown discussions in the figure below, this relationship can be mapped by creating one organisation for the mine clearance organisation NGO1) and one organisation for each team (TeamA, TeamB Mine Action and TeamC), then specifying the parent organisation of each team as NGO1/or Assistance Programme.

[[File:ExampleOrgs.jpg {| 250px]]
class="wikitable"! This kind of hierarchical relationship allows for complex searching and reporting on information such as how many square meters were cleared by each team and the total square meters that were cleared by the entire organisation.! IMSMANG also supports the tracking These classifications may have maximum of competencies and accreditations for each organisation. The lists of specific competencies and accreditations can be managed in the Data Inventory Managerten levels.
===PlacesDefine the Classifications===IMSMANG offers the option to track information about specific places or infrastructure elements within a country that are relevant to mine action. These can be airports, water sources, hospitals, community centres, refugee camps or any other item of interest. __NOEDITSECTION__

In IMSMANG, places can be linked to mine risk education activities to represent the location of the activity or they can be linked to hazards and hazard reduction activities to represent the nearest medical facilities.
As with other {{IMSMANG data, places can }} contains a set of pre-defined classifications. These should be customised using CDFs seen as a starting point for discussions in each Mine Action and represented on the map by adding geospatial information/or Assistance Programme. Many {{IMSMANG}} users already have a baseline set of auxiliary information created for each of the Auxiliary data types, either through the standard, predefined data available in within {{IMSMANG is explosive ordnance}} or by migrating auxiliary data from a previous IMSMA version. ===Ordnance Classification===__NOEDITSECTION__This data classification is used to represent the various kinds of explosive ordnance found or cleared from hazards or that are causing accidentsin Land, Activities and Accidents. {{IMSMANG }} includes from the installation more than 5,000 predefined ordnance types with the ability to create additional ordnance required for a mine action programmemodels.

All explosive ordnance is grouped according to categories and subcategories, which allows for detailed categorization of each device. For example, an explosive device ordnance may have a category of “Landmine” and a subcategory of “Antipersonnel.” In this way, {{IMSMANG }} provides the ability not only to search and report on types of ordnance models but also summarise information on the specific characteristics of ordnancecategories and subcategories. This allows queries such as “how many landmines or bombs were cleared in a specific period?” or “how many anti-personnel mines were found?”.
Furthermore, programmes can limit which {{Note | Other categories than ''Landmines'' have ordnance can be used within that belong to the system by making individual devices active or inactive. This facilitates rapid data entry by making available subcategory ''Anti-Personnel'' so if you only the devices that are found locally want to report on AP-mines you need to a programmefilter on both category '''and''' subcategory.}}
Furthermore, programmes can limit which ordnance can be used for data entry by making ordnance inactive. To making only the ordnance that may be found in the country facilitates both data entry and data quality.

{{note|
*Before beginning data entry, standardise the ordnance available for use to ensure data consistency of reports.
*When adding an ordnance to the database, determine if the ordnance already exists in {{IMSMANG}} and the correct classification.
