During the ''Final review'' i.e. the review by a '''Data Verifier''' it is decided if the contents of the Data Entry Form is good enough for to be [[ApprovalApprove| Approved]], if not the Data Entry Form is '''Rejected'''. The Data Entry Form may still be found in the Workbench. The report can still be modified or deleted. Until a Data Entry Form is approved, it exists only in the Workbench and does not update any Summary items.
