To create a new item record:

  1. From the Reconciliation tab of the Data Entry Form Editor window, select the row associated with the item record you would like to reconcile.
  2. Click the ReconItemRecIcon.png.
  3. When the Data Entry Form Reconciliation window displays, select the Reconcile as New option. Click the OK button.
  4. From the Assign <Item> to Location window, select one of the following options.
    • Reported Location – allows you to assign the selected item record to any location that you created for this Data Entry Form. This includes locations on the Data Entry Form form and locations created via the New Locations Manager window.
    • Other Location – allows you to assign the selected item record to an existing location.
  5. Do one of the following.
    • If you selected the Reported Location option, select the location from the Reported Location list.
    • If you selected the Other Location option:
  6. Click the Location button.
  7. The Pick Location window displays.
  8. Filter the item list to display the desired location. Click the row for the location that you would like to assign to the item record.
  9. Click the Assign button.
  10. The location name displays in the Assign <Item> to Location window.
  11. From the Assign <Item> to Location window, click the OK button.
  12. Click the Save button on the Data Entry Form Editor window.
  13. The Information window displays confirming the Data Entry Form was saved.

  14. Click the Close button.
Represents a tip or note for using IMSMA. When reconciling an Education Details item record, a new record will always be created. An Education Details item record cannot be combined with existing Education Details item records.
